Marketplaces:advise, implement, support

Amazon is my proven focus, with OTTO, Kaufland and eBay alongside. I support setup, content and advertising, and day-to-day operations. Your own online shop is a separate area. Detailed Amazon and OTTO pages are available in German.

The channels and where they stand

This is an honest overview of where my own practice lies and what I offer as a service.

Amazon

Focus on Amazon: launch, improve, manage

From the product idea through listings, A+ Content, brand stores and PPC to ongoing account management. The detailed pages (in German) explain what I take on and which decisions stay with you.

  • Launch: idea, product and sourcing, account start
  • Improve: listings, A+ Content, brand store, advertising
  • Manage: catalogue upkeep, open cases, recurring tasks

OTTO

OTTO as a second channel: set up, improve, support

Review the range, create catalogue and variants, improve content and rich content, put advertising in context and accompany operations. For transfer and reporting I use tools from my own OTTO business.

  • Prepare categories, attributes and variants for OTTO
  • Listings, SEO and rich content
  • Own tools for catalogue transfer and dashboard

Kaufland and eBay

Building up Kaufland and eBay

On Kaufland I am building my own listings right now: the first ones are live, and catalogue and variant work continues. I pass this practice on as a service, without promising a finished complete solution.

For eBay I support as advice and as a project: listing structure, setup and the question of how your range can sensibly be transferred to the channel.

  • Review range and data situation for the channel
  • Structure listings, variants and categories
  • Setup as a defined project with a clear handover
